Each user is solely responsible for keeping their account number and password secure. Failure to comply with security requests may result in voiding any winnings in the player’s account. Winnings will be automatically credited to the player’s account, but these updates are not considered ’proof of win’ and may include transferred funds. The default rollover requirement is 20 times the sum of the deposit and bonus.

When placing bets, funds are deducted from the player’s Cash Balance. If there are insufficient funds in the Cash Balance, the wager amount will be deducted from the Bonus Balance. The Bonus Balance will only be used if there is an insufficient Cash Balance.

All offers are limited to one free open account per individual, family, household address, email address, telephone number, bank account, and IP address.

Bets placed on opposing sides will not count towards the rollover requirement.

If a withdrawal is made before fulfilling the 20 times rollover requirement, the bonus and winnings may be forfeited. Drawn or tied bets do not count towards the rollover requirement.

Unless stated otherwise, only 25% of total wagers on any Roulette game (all variations) and 50% of total wagers on slots and RNG games contribute to the wagering requirement of the bonus. Total bets placed on specific games like Fei Long Zai Tian, Great Blue, and Highway Kings will not count towards the wagering requirements of any bonus.
